This is the official website of KeePass, the free, open source, light-weight and easy-to-use password manager. KeePass 2.46 released 2020-09-10 14:03. Is Auto-Type supported on Mac OS X or Windows? No, Auto-Type is currently supported on Linux only. What password database formats are compatible with KeePassX? KeePass 2.X portable edition is unstable in Mac. In certain cases, read operation works but cannot add or update existing keePass databases. Alternative KeePass 2.x for Mac OS X - is also unstable. It remains in version 2.23 while keePass is now 2.29. If you want to use auto-type on Linux / Mac OS X / BSD / etc., you additionally need the xdotool package. Download the portable version of KeePass (file KeePass-2.xx.zip) and unpack it in a location of your choice. When being in the KeePass directory, run the command line “mono KeePass.exe“. Started in 2011, MiniKeePass is one of the oldest KeePass app for iOS. Unfortunately, it has been abandoned by its developers.

KeePass Touch
KeePass Touch is a fork of MiniKeePass, but with more features and still maintained.
